If you have a problem with an order received or any shortages, they must be reported within 24 hours by emailing customerservice@tennesseewholesalenursery.com.
When your order is packaged and the shipping labels are created, if the shipping cost exceeds what was paid, you will see an additional charge on your credit card when your plants are shipped. This will only cover the cost of shipping that the carrier charged us.
